Benefits Company parties Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free uniforms Training & development Duties Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students both online and in person in all skill levels of Spanish Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students Monitor student progress and provide feedback in session reports to admin, parents/guardians, and teachers Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment Reliably commute from client to client Qualifications Fluency in Spanish At least 2 years of tutoring experience Previous experience working with students, preferably with all ages Must be able to commute within the Broward county, FL area.
